I recently discovered Shelfari where I can share with others what books I've read, is reading or plan to read. It is a good way for me to remind myself of the lack of time I spent on reading nowadays. It is also a good avenue to know of really useful and good books that people have read. Last night, my former colleagues and I played in the rain and we certainly used up our time deciding on which Starbucks to go. We settled for Fullerton's after walking from Esplanade in the night rain. It was nice to see all of them again, but I left early because I am just too tired from the whole day.
As a reminder, in exactly seven days, my mother is celebrating her 45th birthday. I am still trying to figure out what I should do for her on that day considering how poor I am at the current moment. I just hope my father will return from Melbourne just in time for her birthday. That, I shall say, would be the greatest gift for her.
